Villa Fragkaki respects your privacy. This website does not create customer accounts, process payments or store booking requests in its own database.
Optional website analytics
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website traffic and interactions such as availability requests and contact-link clicks. We do not send booking dates, guest details, message contents or other directly identifying information to Analytics. Analytics remains disabled unless you select “Allow analytics”. Your preference is stored in your browser and can be cleared through your browser’s site-data settings.
Google may process analytics data on our behalf under its applicable data-processing terms. More information is available in Google’s privacy documentation.
Contact and booking enquiries
If you contact us by email, telephone, Instagram or WhatsApp, the information you provide is used only to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and, if you proceed, administer your stay and meet applicable legal and tax obligations.
Third-party services
Messages sent through WhatsApp, Instagram or your email provider are also governed by the privacy terms of those services. Following an external link takes you away from this website.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, booking administration and applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing villafragkaki@gmail.com, subject to information we are legally required to retain.
